Assessment

Three modules (Analysis and Evaluation, Strategic Marketing Decisions, Managing Marketing Performance) are assessed by unseen three hour examinations set externally by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). The final module, Strategic Marketing in Practice is assessed using a case study set by the CIM. Modules are assessed twice annually with exam sittings and case study deadlines in June and December.

The CIM recommend that you study two modules per assessment period. It is thus achievable to complete the full Postgraduate Diploma within one year of part-time study.
