You can undertake this programme as a stand alone postgraduate
certificate or as one of the two stages required to obtain our
postgraduate diploma,
which leads to CIPD Graduate membership.
This postgraduate certificate consists of just
three core modules which when compared against the
traditional CIPD Professional Development Scheme (PDS), covers the
content of Leadership and Management, People Management and
Development and Applied Personnel and Development.
