and Development (CIPD) Applied Personnel and Development
(APD) is one of the four human resources fields of
the CIPD Professional Development Scheme (PDS) that you need to
complete to obtain Chartered Insititute of Personnel and
Development Graduate membership, and is often the final field our
students will complete.
This particular human resources programme is all about
putting your learning from the previous fields into practice by
producing a 9,000 word management report which researches a
significant business issue.
We recommend you study APD and PMD together as this allows
an earlier completion to your studies. This is a result of an
element of home study for APD which can be undertaken along with
the PMD workload.
