BPP Business School has a range of programmes designed for all levels, from those with little experience aspiring for a move into HR to those already in senior HR positions. Our programmes are intended to allow you to continually develop your career, with a strong emphasis on workplace application ensuring you have the essential skills and knowledge required to be an effective practitioner.

We offer programmes leading to Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) membership, which is becoming more and more essential to HR professionals. Gaining CIPD membership provides a greater understanding of how HR fits into the wider business, as well as offering the chance to select an area to specialise.

Our MSc Strategic Human Resource Management will cover topical issues and incorporate key specialist knowledge which is increasingly required of HR professionals. This includes strategic HRM, employment law, organisational change and consultancy.

The Professional Standards set by CIPD form the basis of our programmes. These are recognised and act as a benchmark for the profession, defining the levels of knowledge and competence required when operating in a support role, as a practitioner or at an advanced level.
