Terms and conditions

Awards are subject to the BPP Scholarship Award Terms and Conditions for acceptance (2008 programmes)

• Scholarship Awards act as a rebate on your programme fees. In no circumstances will a cash prize be payable to award winners. If you pay your programme fees by instalment then the rebate applies to the final instalment due to BPP.
• No refunds of Scholarship Awards can be given and if you do not take up your place then you lose your Scholarship Award rebate.
• Your Scholarship Award applies for entry in this academic year (2008). Scholarship Awards cannot be transferred or deferred to entry in future years.

As a Scholarship Award Winner you agree to take part in any reasonable publicity for the Award. This includes publication of your name as an Award winner and use of your photo taken at a presentation ceremony.
